This stand is at Rotherham show, it would be 50 foot long and have four shelves to accept the display. This staging was supplied and erected by the show organiser. At Rotherham the staging was very strong being composed of scafold tubing support, with strong wooden shelving. This is in contrast to many of the other shows, where the staging was a very flimsy affair, being constructed with just the minimum of timber to hold the stand together. In some cases hardly strong enough to hold a person. Indeed there were occasions when an exhibitor would fall through the staging. Luckily as far as I am aware there were never any fatalities.
